We keep our mornings and quieter midweek slots open for guests who prefer a calm, empty studio. Let us know if you would like an early or low traffic time and we will do our best to hold it for you.
Questions Guests Often Ask
You do not have to know in advance. Send us a short note about your skin and your goal, or arrive ten minutes early for your first visit, and we will guide you. For your very first time, most guests begin with the signature facial ritual, which lets us read your skin and choose the right steps in real time.
Avoid harsh actives, peels, sunbathing and any waxing for a few days before a facial, and arrive with clean bare skin if you can. We will also ask you to pause retinol for a short window before any peel or dermaplaning service, which we will remind you about when you book.
